We are conducting an undergraduate research study focused on the evaluation of Angiotensin Converting Enzyme (ACE) inhibitory activity using an in vitro spectrophotometric assay. As part of our methodology, we require enalapril maleate of laboratory or analytical grade (preferably ≥98% purity) to be used as a reference standard/positive control for assay validation and comparison. The material will be utilized for preparation of standard solutions and generation of inhibition curves (IC₅₀ determination). The required quantity is relatively small, estimated at approximately 100 mg to 250 mg. We would like to inquire about the availability of enalapril maleate, including purity specifications, certificate of analysis (COA), pricing, and estimated delivery time within the Philippines.
