We are conducting an undergraduate research study involving the evaluation of Angiotensin Converting Enzyme (ACE) inhibitory activity using an in vitro spectrophotometric assay. As part of our methodology, we require captopril of laboratory or analytical grade (≥98% purity) to serve as a positive control for assay validation and comparison.

The requested material will be used for research purposes only, specifically for preparation of standard solutions and generation of inhibition curves (IC₅₀ determination). The required quantity is relatively small, estimated at approximately 100 mg to 250 mg.
