Important Requirement – Test Reports
Please note that the manufacturer must provide test reports demonstrating that the product has previously been tested and verified to comply with the required specifications.
The submitted test reports shall:
• Be issued by the manufacturer or a qualified testing laboratory
• Clearly indicate compliance with the relevant specification items (e.g. color, tinting strength, dispersion, volatiles, density, oil absorption, resistance, etc.)
• Be applicable to the same product grade (Pigment Red 146) proposed in this quotation
Failure to provide such compliant test reports may result in the quotation being considered non responsive for government tender use.
Commercial Terms
• Trade Terms: FOB or EX WORK
• Payment Terms: 30% advance payment, 70% before shipment
• Quotation Validity: 30 days
