Are you able to provide sample documentation for your peptide products, including:
Certificate of Analysis
HPLC report
MS report

Are you able to provide sterile lyophilised vials?
If yes, please confirm whether batch traceability is available.
Do you offer custom branding or white label services for peptide products?
What are your minimum order quantities for:
standard supply
custom branding / white label supply
What are your usual lead times for production and dispatch?
Are you able to ship to the United Kingdom on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis?
If yes, please confirm whether this includes customs clearance, import duty, VAT, and final delivery to the customer’s address.

We would appreciate your reply with as much detail as possible, as we are currently carrying out supplier due diligence 
and would you kindly provide your catalogue please.
