Technical requirements:

Extraction Solvent: Strictly Ethyl Acetate (no acetone or ethanol extraction).

API Standard: Must be manufactured under EU GMP and suitable for medicinal products.

Compliance: Must comply with Ph. Eur. Monograph 1829.

DER: Range 36-44:1 (consistent with Legalon 140 standard).

Regulatory Support: Valid CEP (Certificate of Suitability) or ASMF/DMF is mandatory.
