• Are HPLC chromatograms and MS analysis available for verification when needed?
• How do you ensure batch-to-batch consistency if the material comes from third-party manufacturers?
• Do you allow independent third-party testing in the U.S. before bulk purchasing?
• What is your process for handling quality discrepancies or non-conforming batches?
