Is tert butyl proopionate (CAS 20487-40-5) available in commercial volumes? For example a container full of 80 drums with 200L in each? Little confusing on EChemi website that this CAS number was listed for 25 KG cardboard package. Maybe that is a solid propionate salt, but CAS # 20487-40-5 would be a liquid solvent and not stored in cardboard. 
Potential volume here is 25,000 gallon annually. Would buy container loads for pricing
