1. Product Requirements
The neutralizing amine must: Be fully soluble in water, be suitable for aqueous injection at the overhead receiver outlet, provide effective pH control between 5.5 and 6.5, form amorphous (non-crystalline) salts with hydrochloric acid (HCl), be compatible with typical overhead temperatures and chloride concentrations.
Please specify whether the product is Morpholine, DEAE (Diethylaminoethanol), Aminoalcohol blend, or a specialized low-crystallization neutralizing amine.
2. Packaging Requirements
The product must be supplied in:
• 200-liter metal drums, or Equivalent industrial packaging suitable for international shipment.
• All drums must be palletized, with pallets allowing four-way forklift access.
• The load must be secured using an appropriate load containment method (strapping, stretch wrap, or equivalent) with proper tension to ensure safe handling and transport.
• Pallets must comply with the International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures No. 15 (ISPM 15 / NIMF 15).
• Each drum must be labeled according to the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) in Spanish.
4. Technical Documentation Required
Neutralization value or equivalent parameter, Density, Boiling point or distillation curve, Water solubility, Nitrogen contento or Infrared spectrum (IR) or equivalent structural confirmation and Minimum guaranteed shelf life under normal storage conditions
4.3 Safety Documentation
Safety Data Sheet (SDS) compliant with GHS (English or Spanish)
5. Commercial Requirements
The quotation must be issued under the following conditions:
• Incoterm: CIF Port of Montevideo, Uruguay
• Total quantity: 25,000 kg, to be shipped in two separate lots of 12,500 kg each
• Maximum time between shipments: 180 days
• Please include:
o Unit price (USD/kg or USD/ton) CIF Montevideo, Uruguay
o Production lead time
o Port of loading in China
o Estimated transit time to Montevideo
